My account is under review, what do I do?

Our sign-up process is designed to be fast and easy, but in some cases, we may need to manually review an account before it can be fully activated. This is usually a quick process and helps us keep the YouSaySurveys community safe and secure for all users.


What happens if my account is under review?


If your account requires a manual review:


  1. You’ll receive an email from our security team letting you know. This email will include any next steps or additional information we might need.

  1. Can’t find the email?


  • Be sure to check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder just in case it was filtered there.


Still don’t see an email?


No worries! If you haven’t received anything after some time, you can reach out to us via live chat so we can assist you directly. Just click on the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the page.


When you contact us, please provide the email address you used to sign up, so we can locate your account faster.


Important Note:

Depending on your account and region, we may ask you to connect a valid PayPal account before your account can be fully activated. This helps us ensure secure and verified activity across the platform.
